Gluten Free Malted Milk Powder???
I'm trying to make a recipe gluten free that calls for malted milk powder. I know that regular malted milk is made with barley so that's definitely a no-no. Does anyone know if this product exists or how I might be able to duplicate the taste of malted milk in a gluten free recipe?
