Chilling out in Paris (café-ish type of places)...
Am currently living only an hour from Paris,so have had much time to eat and explore the city of light.
"Rose Bakery" is great for a quiche, "Angelina's" is great for a macaroon and "La Charlotte de L'Isle" is magic for hot chocolate and Cake.
Check out the post I just did on our blog, it's a 12 hour food itinerary for Paris :-)

Australia - high food hopes
Australia is a very inconspicuous hotbed of talented chefs, delicious meals and beautifully fresh produce. You will no doubt find some amazing places to eat :-) (Okay we're bias, we live here..) but still.
In Sydney: try Neil Perry's "Rockpool" - delicious wagyu steaks.
In Melbourne: try lovely relaxed but inventive restaurant "Cumulus"
In Brisbane: "Montrachet" is great for some delicious French, but also "Jellyfish" in the Brisbae CBD for amazingly fresh fish dishes with no fuss, in a beautiful riverfront restaurant.
