I've had too many mediocre slices at Peppino's to care for it much. Cleanliness doesn't strike me as an important concept there.

I second the Cuckoo's Nest recommendation, especially if you live at 61st and Woodside like I do. While I like Donovan's much-touted burger, it doesn't stand up to the Nest's angus burger with blue cheese or even its regular burger.
