Best meal I ever ate:
The salmon and fresh asparagus my husband grilled over a fire while camping. That was magic.

Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, pesto and whatever else. Simple and fast.

Mashed potatoes and gravy. Risotto comes in second.

Satays To Go, Apple Valley, Mn. Remy's, also AV. Cafe Honey-Dew, Germany. Milano's,Heidelberg. Jimmy John's.

I print and paste recipes into a notebook, and that's what I mostly use.
