The only cookbook I use is the recipe card book my Mum gave me when I moved out of the house, of all of her recipes. It's tattered and covered in gunk and, simply, disgusting. I'm glad I know every recipe inside and out so I never have to open it again. But I keep it around incase DH needs to reference it for anything, LOL.
