Orange County micro-brewery?
You probably know this already, but you can visit the Bruery's tasting room which is located in Placentia in a industrial park area (make sure and take down good directions before heading out the house). Check out their website and they should have all their hours, etc. on there. They even have a home brew supplier store, though I believe Steinfillers in Long Beach has more on hand. The Bruery is doing a lot of unique brews with different ingredients like yams and also using a lot of barrel aging techniques... Stone is a great visit too but they are a 'stone's' throw from Orange County - down in Escondido...check out their annual beer festivals or stop on your way back up from San Diego. One last great spot is Beachwood BBQ in Seal Beach, they have a lot of great beers on tap and amazing BBQ...though be prepared to wait to get in...they have beers from all the great craft/micro-brew places and more, its constantly rotating....hopefully this is helpful, even if it is like 3 months after your original post.
