Thoughts on David Burke's for Thanksiving?
Great food including the sides, have not been there for a holiday though.. Also may consider Ditka's. Firends have had Thanksgiving there and loved it.

One Sixty Blue is great for dinner, its in the West Loop
LOVE Graham Elliot, took a group there business, we all did the tasting menu. I am vegetarian and they fully accomodated me. It was delicious, everyone enjoyed. Good cocktails too.
India House is very good. Close to the loop.

You should go to Karens Raw . Since you are vegan, you will love this gourmet raw dining expereince. For vegan cooked food go to Karen's Cooked. For a more casual meal the Chicago Diner is meat-less and they have lots of vegan options. Enjoy!
