Lewis Wharf lunch on a summer Friday?

Ended up going to Aragosta which was the perfect setting and delicious food. Service was very slow considering the place wasn't busy but I'll be back for more. Very creative menu. Thanks to CW posters for your help!

Lewis Wharf lunch on a summer Friday?

CH-ers,

I've been given the task of finding a restaurant for a business lunch within walking distance of Lewis Wharf on the Boston waterfront.

So far I've come up with Joe's American Bar & Grill on Atlantic, Boston Sail Loft (looks a little too casual), the Living Room (menu looks really generic).

Any thoughts for some place nice within a five minute walk from Lewis Wharf?

Huge thanks!

Mafalda

Cambridge Restaurant for Easter Brunch/Lunch with 87 year old Mom

Special thanks, Tammy, for your excellent TW Food suggestion. Just wanted to report back on today's Easter Brunch. Both Mom and I loved it- delicious spring menu, charming service and sweet live jazz. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Just what I was looking for in terms of the food and the ambience.

Cambridge Restaurant for Easter Brunch/Lunch with 87 year old Mom

Thank you all! Made a reservation at TW Food (the menu looks just right for Mom). Loved the suggestions for Blue Room and Craigie and will be trying them with friends another time.

Special thanks for reminding me to start with who has space! Glad to have gotten this done.

Cambridge Restaurant for Easter Brunch/Lunch with 87 year old Mom

Any particular favorites from folks on a nice place to take an older mom for noon-ish brunch / lunch this Easter Sunday in Cambridge? I'm looking at Henrietta's Table, Upstairs at the Square, Harvest... but open to other ideas. Appreciate any thoughts.

Swedish limpa: DC Chowhounds, need your help in making my Mom's Christmas happy!

DC Chowhounds,

I'm visiting from Boston and want to make sure my Swedish-American mom in Bethesda has limpa bread for her Christmas eve dinner. Are there any local bakeries (MD, VA, DC) I can go to for a loaf of limpa?

Huge thanks for any help you can give me. All best wishes for a Happy New Year,

Mafalda

Please help me dine well in Providence Sunday evening!

I'm in Providence this weekend and I'm stuck on finding an interesting restaurant that is open on Sunday evening. Chez Pascal, New Rivers, Al Forno, etc. all are closed Sunday evening.

Any recommendations for a place that serves great locavore food or interesting ethnic I might not find in Boston (from whence I'll be coming)?

Appreciate help from Chowhound community!
