Anyone attend BU's Big Event last night? What did you think?
We were very excited to buy tickets to the event, hosted by Jacques Pepin with 60 restaurants participating, as soon as they went on sale. The event was from 6-9pm, but when we arrived at 6:45pm (due to parking issues) a majority of the participants had already run out of food!!! We were lucky to get snausage and cheese on a cracker. Not quite what we'd expected at $50/per. And Mr. Pepin was nowhere to be found. Anyone else have a better experience?
