6 Nights in New Delhi

Its an odd place. Basically a shopping area consisting of a few streets. According to Google Maps, you could get there pretty quick from Rajiv Chowk station. Just about any taxi driver will know where you are taliking about.

Good luck!

6 Nights in New Delhi

KARIM'S is awesome. They have a few location's. I went to both the one near Jama Masjid and the one in Nizamuddin (the Sufi quarter) I think both are worth visiting. The original location has alot of soul and is a great place to rest after touring Chadni Chowk/Red Fort/Jama Masjid. Nizamuddin is a more appropriate dinner destination.

I say the Afgan BBQ is dynamite. Siekh Kebab to die for and their Kulfi is spot on as well. Butter Chicken is pretty rockin too.

I also hit a place called PUNJABI BY NATURE. A little more upscale...flat screen TV's showing ESPN Asia. The roast leg of lamb is terrific, so are the Tandoori Prawns.

Lastly, hit the Gol Market one night. They have guys with tandoor's in the street. chicken fresh from the fire with lime and onions....stellar!
