Pancakes with real butter and real maple syrup.

Potager (Denver); The Bully Ranch (Vail); Cool River Cafe (Denver); The Saucy Noodle (Denver); Any place serving fresh seafood (my favorites, though the names escape me, have been in Maui, Cabo San Lucas, and San Francisco).
My most tattered cookbooks:
Joy of Cooking, although (in truth) I generally go to the Internet for recipes. So much easier!
