Thin Crust Pizza in Chicago area seen on Food Network
Hi, I am trying to find a thin crust pizza restaurant that was featured I think on the Food Network this past year. The restaurant was a family establishment in the Chicago area that made Italian Beef from scratch to serve on a thin crust Pizza. I remember the owner rubbing a dry rub on the beef and roasting for 8-10 hours. Can anyone help me identify this restaurant? We are visiting soon and I would love to try it out.
