French Onion Soup - Keller recipe Does anyone know how much stock to use for this recipe? In his book, TK just lists "beef stock" ... the recipe he gives makes 3.5 quarts-- does this mean to use the entire 3.5 quarts and then reduce? If anyone knows for sure please let me know. Thanks! |
