Pollo alla Valdostana (Chicken with Prosciutto and Fontina Cheese)

I just made this dish yesterday and it was delicious and easy to make. My guests were impressed! I highly recommend it.

Tandoori-Style Marinade

How do you use it? Can you marinate chicken with it?

Chilaquiles

Please do not use limes. I've never seen chilaquiles with lime. Otherwise, the recipe looks very accurate.

You can also try to use tomatillos instead of tomatoes.

HELP - Wine Making in Harrisburg

Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. I've heard of Scotzin brothers before but everytime I call I get the answer machine. I live an hour from Adams county so I think I'll be able to attend the winemaking class.

Thank you!

P.S. Mangia Qui is also one of my favorite restaurants.

HELP -Winemaking

Thank you for the website. I have a group of friends who make wine and even though they are helping me buy the equipment I need, I wanted to learn on my own more about the different techniques to make (drinkable) wine at home.

El Cactus Tacos - Tacos Mineros?

I found several recipes and all of them have the same ingredients. The tacos are called "tacos sudados," "tacos al vapor" or "tacos de canasta," dependeing on the location.

Below are the links to the recipes (the second one is in Spanish but it has a picture):

Fresh-Made Tortillas, and the Steamed Tacos of the Miner

In Mexico, we call them Tacos al Vapor (steamed tacos). They are very popular in Mexico City and Monterrey. They are delicious and very different from your average taco/
