Dallas have a fish market?
Dallas is land locked so no fresh fish is going to be cheap because all fresh fish must catch a flight here!! On-the-other-hand, but not cheap, there is Rex's Seafood Market on almost the southwest corner of Lovers Lane and Inwood.

Where can I buy Chicken Livers in Dallas?
ALL the grocery stores have them, although most keep them frozen. Just ask at the butcher counters.

Actually it originated with the company that still makes and sells the chocolate bags, tulips, swans, high heels, and many other shapes, wholesale to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, etc.
