All of you are describing Carne Guisada, not Carne Asada. Best carne asada in town is in Tempe on Ash/University. The place is called El Pollo Supremo. Get the flour tortillas and make your own burritos. They don't sell burrito but sell the meat, tortillas, beans, etc to make one. And they're genius. Give it a try. Cash only also.
