New Restaurant Supply?
Coming down Mopac last weekend, at about 290 West or William Cannon on the right I saw a newish, very large white building that purported to be a restaurant supply store of some sort.
Could it be a new location for Restaurant Depot? If so, I want in. There's something sexy about 28lb bags of squid chunks and 15lb boxes of bacon.
I don't see anything on their website about a new location, nor in their current flyer.
(Website seems to have just broken)
I wanted to go there today but it appears I don't have the necessary resale/tax paperwork (not that I'm in the restaurant/food business, but I think I'll try and finagle a 'membership' anyway).

Where can I get Trappiste Rochefort beers in Austin?
Like I said - it comes and it goes. My old standbys are Delirium Tremens, Duval, and I love the fact that Gulden Drak is now available here, too. Maybe Grimbergen will be along soon, too.....
