St. Patrick's Day - Guinness - Oysters - NOT too crowded

Hello Chows!

My wife and I don't really make a big deal out of St. Patrick's Day, but made it our tradition to have a Guinness or two. We used to live in London, so it was pretty easy go to a neighborhood pub with good Guinness and not totally overrun. This year I would like to add some oysters to the mix.
Is it possible to find the oyster/Guinness/relaxed atmosphere combination in LA? The closer to the Farmer's Market (3rd & Fairfax) the better!

Alternatives (maybe replace the oysters for something else)???

Good Mexican with Great Margaritas

Hi Chows!

Everytime my wife is stressed out from work (which unfortunately happens quite often lately) she craves Mexican food with a LARGE Margarita (or two ;-) ). The closer to the Grove, the better, but I don't mind driving her. Would love a great recommendation to surprise her the next time it kicks in! Oh, and we don't eat meat but love seafood.

Thanks for the rec, about to check out their website. We are willing to travel (car), but the closer to Oceanside, the better. I was looking into "San Diego Craft Brew Capital" here on CH, but would like to stay closer to OS.
