Babette: I could be wrong but you may be thinking of Wilshire Spiral-Cut Ham??? Wilshire happens to be my favorite brand of ham but I prefer the smoked bone-in whole hams to spiral-cut. If you like the taste of the Wilshire Spiral-Cut Hams I say go for it. They're probably as good as their smoked variety.

Peach Pandowdy!!! That was in 1961 and I still remember it as though it were yesterday. My mother-in-law offered to make me a pie of my choice and that was it. But she's gone now and I never got the recipe. Bummer.
