I noticed a sign for it in Deerfoot Medows this weekend that you can see while driving down Deerfoot. Near the Ikea, I think. Couldn't tell if it was open or not, but then, it was late Saturday night.

High End In House Catering in Calgary
I'm looking for a company to cook for a high-end, money-is-no-object dinner party with matching wine pairings at my boss's house. He travels in a very different food circle than I do, so I'm a little lost at who can provide this. Does any one have any suggests of good caters/chefs? He has a brand new kitchen, and would like at least some of the cooking done on site. The wine pairings is also very important. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks!
