Sounds good! Thanks.

Camillia Grill or Old Coffee Pot?

Thanks!!

What'd you have?

Camillia Grill or Old Coffee Pot?

Looking for a good Saturday breakfast option. Any thoughts on Camillia vs. Coffee Pot? Any other places I should be looking at? Elizabeth's looks a bit pricey.

crawfish season comes earlier and earlier

Anyone know if Frankie & Johnny's has them yet? We're coming to town on Dec. 10 and are looking for a good place to eat crawfish.

Thanks!

Early Sunday Breakfast Downtown?

I have a flight out on Sunday at 11am. Looking for a place open in FQ/CBD for an early breakfast. The other two days we're doing Cafe Du Monde and Old Coffee Pot, so looking for 3rd place.

Thanks!

Need a cheap, local Saturday night place

Does the Canal St. streetcar go up as far as R&O?

Need a cheap, local Saturday night place

Is R&O still a $20 cab from FQ?

Thanks for all the advice!

Need a cheap, local Saturday night place

Thanks again.

It doesn't need to be fried seafood - actually if crawfish were in season in December I'd wan to find a crawfish place. Really I'm just looking for a casual place with good local food (gumbo, bolied/fried seafood, good po'boys, etc.)

What do you think of Jacques-Imo's?

Would you pick Deanie's over Drago's in Metairie?

Need a cheap, local Saturday night place

How much would a cab be from FQ to Deanie's?

Need a cheap, local Saturday night place

I think we're going to Casamento's on Friday night.

Thanks for the tips on Luizzas. We won't have a car so trying to stay in the city.

Need a cheap, local Saturday night place

Trying to choose between:
Liuzza's (either BTT or Bienville)
Mandina's
Coop's
Franky & Johnny's

Or is there someplace else I should be thinking of? Want a place with seafood. Any thoughts?

Mandina's Saturday Night Specials

Or maybe Liuzza's on Bienville. Or Franky & Johnny's?

Thoughts?

Mandina's Saturday Night Specials

Anyone been to Mandina's on Saturday night recently? Was looking at their daily specials on Sat., and was wondering what the consensus is. Looks like Shrimp Creole, Creole Eggplant and Crawfish Etoufee, among others. Particularly curious about the Crawfish Etoufee as that is something I've always wanted to try.

Looking for a casual/cheap place on Saturday for dinner. Trying to decide between Mandina's, Coop's, Jacques-Imo's and maybe Acme. Leaning towards Mandina's.

Other places we are hitting over the weekend: Bon Ton, Commanders (for Fri. lunch), Casamento's, Cafe Du Monde, Old Coffee Pot, Central Market, Parkway Bakery.

Thanks!

Bon Ton dress code

OK, thanks! Just didn't want to show up and have everyone in jackets, etc. We're also going to Commander's for lunch and plan to dress up a bit - so maybe we'll wear the same thing to Bon Ton's for dinner

Bon Ton dress code

Maybe jeans and a nice sweater?

Bon Ton dress code

What kind of attire would you recommend for Bon Ton for dinner? Are jeans totally out of the question?

Thanks for your help!
