I've already checked Fox & Obel and any other major grocery store (wholefood or regular), they all said they don't carry it. :( I need an old-school butcher.. Any other suggestions?

Caul fat Chicago
Hey guys,
I'm looking for a butcher that sells caul fat (preferably not pork's). Any ideas? I bought pork caul fat from Paulina's the other day and it didn't turn out to be the actual fat netting that I thought it'd be.. I am looking for the lace-like thin layer of fat that I think is the stomach lining of animals.. To wrap meat in, etc.
