Fresh Yacon Root in Seattle?
I do still grow oca. It is still out in the field. Probably will harvest it around Nov. 1st and will have some for sale on my Etsy store. Right now I have only one kind (red), but some friends are going to Bolivia and are going to try to bring back some different kinds.

Fresh Yacon Root in Seattle?
