I like to mix it up, so there is no "go-to" dish. The lamb dish noted above was the last favorite, my spare ribs with my own rub and sauce is the new one.

Don't eat out much, but when in Denver I do LOVE Steuben's, in Boulder: Q's, Dish, John's; in Nederland: The Savory Cafe & Kathmandu.

I have hundreds of cookbooks, but faves are: The River Cottage Meat Book, Kitchen Diaries, American Whole Foods Cuisine, Farmer John's Cookbook, Rick Bayless Mexican Kitchen.
