Fromage Bergeron (a Quebec Fromagerie) opened in Cochrane a few months ago.
I've been longing to visit and finally did today!...
Loved it. and came away with some new things (treats).
A distinctive Beemster and a new Paillot de Chevre/Goat never tried before. -
& some Quebec Maple Candy!

I'm a retired guy,.. gotta go visit a clinic in Vancouver on West 12th between Cambie and Ash,.. on thursday,.... yes,.. suddenly,... I arrrive YVR at 245pm,... then a cab to 555 west 12th,... appointment at 500pm,... so I got an hour,... Cocktail and a 'little something?)... then after appointment i got another hour before i return to yvr to get plane leaving at 830pm back to yyc?

where are the good snacks on the way?,.....
on mapquest I got FIGMENT,... ???????

Moved To Winnipeg

you must go to Gimli, MB. to have some pickerel fillets,... right across the street from the 'big hotel'..... with a beer....... THEN.... go to the TIPTOP market,... a few doors down,... (not on a Sunday,... it's closed)... and get some smoked Goldeye or Whitefish , to take home,...
OMG..... (if you like smoked fish)..... best in western canada.....
