East Bay grind your own flour?
Our family went to the Ardenwood Farm harvest festival today and picked a bunch of Indian corn. I would love, love, love once it's dry to be able to mill it into flour to make tortillas or cornbread with my daughter. Is there anywhere we can take the dried corn kernels to grind them into flour? I lived for two years nearly next door to a mill where people did exactly that. Granted, I was in the Peace Corps in a West African village of subsistence farmers so there was a bit more of a market for such a thing. In any case, I will be thrilled to pieces if we can do something besides gaze at this beautiful corn we picked.
