So many great meals, but I'd bet the absolute best wasn't in a restaurant. There's something about having contributed to a great meal with friends that elevates it to something extra special (and you can usually linger as long as you want over after dinner drinks).

I couldn't say. Usually five of the last ten I've been in. For example, I was just in Seattle and I can't see ANYONE not enjoying Serious Pie.
