Twins Stadium Food?

Nope, only before for a bit and then like 45 minute after the games. I asked them, too. Was a bit surprised to hear otherwise.

Grilling Time - Fresh Brats?

We grilled Clancey's the other night. Made with Surly, they were as fantastic as you'd expect, but were also like $2.50/brat. For sure will have them again - and would recommend - but when my softball team rolls in I'd maybe dial it back to my go-to "economy brat" - the fresh housemade brats from Jerry's on 50th and Vernon. Classic simple style brat.

OP asked for Egan/STP, so that's probably worthless tip, however. Sorry don't know anything down those parts.

Wonton Soup Suggestions?

Love the wonton soup at Peninsula on Nicollet. Odd place to find it, perhaps, but it's right on. Crave-able. I get it for to share with my kids when we go as a family and usually end up eating 2/3 of it myself. Please do look into it and enjoy.

Which Indian Buffet in St. Louis Park is better?

They're prob basically the same, but I've enjoyed 'Best of India' several times recently and had quite good luck. They usually have a curry goat that is good, and all of their veg dishes are delicious. Also: you can go to Axman after your meal!

Been years since I went to the buffet at Taste, but I did get takeout from there a few weeks back and it was just fine, too.

[MSP] tasso ham??

Hey All -

Anybody know where I can get tasso ham in town? Used to get it at Forsters before they closed up and went wholesale/catering only.

I need to get my red beans and rice fix!

Thanks for any tips.

MSP pizza and beer for 20

Sorry everyone - I thought I replied to this thread thanking everyone for the ideas the other night. Must not have gone thru. Anyway: thanks [again] for the suggestions. I think we're going Dulono's!

MSP pizza and beer for 20

Hey Everybody -

Looking for suggestions on pizza / beer joint for 20 or so (dine in). Somewhere on the west side of the metro would be preferred.

I considered Punch / Nea, but getting a large group into those places can be a bit tricky. (We'd all eat, just at 4 different tables and at different times, etc.) Lots of other fun take out options. This one seemed a bit perplexing to me. I'd suck it up and go Green Mill or something if that's realy the best option, but figured someone might have an idea of a gem out there.

Thanks for any ideas!
