I really wish I could:
Give up working full time so that I had time to devote to my many passions, including cooking. Which, fortunately, is just what I am in the process of doing :)
My favorite comfort food:
Hainanese chicken rice, Lamb Biriyani, good sausage and mash, irish stew, chicken noodles with mushroom and coriander etc etc etc
