Sushi Azabu - new great sushi in Tribeca
Thank you so much for your post on this great place. I went last night and got the $58 course meal and everything was so subtle, delicious and fresh. Definitely on par with 15 East and they also have great deserts. The Mont Blanc was dreamy.

Menchanko Tei Cold Chicken [moved from Manhattan board]
Does anyone know how they make the chicken they use in Hiyashi Chuka? It's like a cold soy sauce chicken that's been pressed or flattened and I would love to make it at home. It's so yummy.
