Curry Up Now is also great Indian "street food" and "Old Town" has very generous and tasty sized sushi rolls right close to the movie theatres. Park for real cheap at the train station behind.
Good Indian In Paris?
We just ate at Chettinand(?). It was south indian and we were vegetarian that night. The food was very bland. Service was fine, and prices very good. Will try Pondicherry tomorrow night.

Lure is horrible. I actually liked the service but both my husband's dish and mine were inedible & it was so expensive. Kingfish is great for drinks,appetizers,dessert, service and ambiance. The main entrees are all awful. Viognier used to be my favorite, but the service and quality of food has gone way downhill. It took them 45 minutes to give us our meal at brunch! The best are B Street & Vine. The service, atmosphere, friendliness of owners, drinks and food are very good. Also like California Roll, Joy Luck, and Quickly (for yougurt & slushies). Porterhouse restaurant is really great for meat dishes, drinks and atmosphere. Very elegant. Capellini's never disappoints. For quick bites, Rave Burger, LL Barbeque, and Golden Island are great. Bombay Garden has the best lunch buffet in the Peninsula. Service is great. Make reservations since restaurant is small.
