suggestions please for this weekend!

Looking for recommendations for this weekend. We are coming to the city with two boys, ages 7 and 5, both great eaters and willing to try anything.

Our plans so far for lunch are:
-Channai Garden (do they serve the buffet lunch on the weekends too?)
-Taim
-Szechuan Gourmet
-Keste

For dinner, we plan on hitting the Halal cart one night, and Ali Baba's another night.

We're just looking for recommendations for Sunday night. Any suggestions? Will try almost anything, but need to keep within a budget (under 30/pp). Please no chains and preferrably not Italian.

Last trip we tried Fatty Crab, Kefi, and others, and Kefi was great.....

Thank you very much for your help.

easter Sunday special

any ideas for Sunday night dinner on Easter weekend? Looking for cool place to go, just two girls, good food, and great ambience. Around 50/pp without alcohol. Any style of cuisine, except Italian. Thanks!

girl's weekend nyc

We had a great meal at Spice Market last year, and we really liked the atmosphere there. We like JG's food, so is there another one of his restaurants that you'd recommend instead?
Definitely not just into American food. We're up for anything. I've heard a lot of good things about the Tavern part of Gramercy, so wanted to check it out. We already have an amazing Korean place we're going to , and I've heard good things about Szechuan Gourmet, so we'll check them out for lunch. We love pretty much all Asian food, and want to stay away from Italian. Our budget doesn't include anything other than food. I hope that helps out, and anything you can give us, we're happy with. Thanks.

girl's weekend nyc

My best freind and I will be in NYC for Easter weekend. We're staying in Midtown, but will be all around Manhattan, and don't mind travelling for good food. We're looking for recommendations for lunch and dinner. We love food, and pretty much will try anything. We're booked into Spice Market for Thursday night, and we'll consider anything else. Any thoughts on Gramercy Tavern? Little Owl? Back Forty? We'd prefer to keep the costs down, no more than 50/pp. Any suggestions?

orlando restaurants

Thanks fo ryour suggestion. Looking at the ravenous pig reviews and the menu, we'd love to try it, but I don't know that we'll actually get there.

fort lauderdale

Can anyone recommend a restaurant for ft lauderdale, preferrably on the water? We'll be in the area for a couple of weeks over the holidays and would like some suggestions. Not too fancy, as we have two kids, but they are well behaved and are used to travelling and being in restaurants. We'd like to spend no more than 30 for entrees. Thanks very much!

orlando restaurants

We're just visiting. We could use recommendations for two dinners. And we'll be staying in Lake Buena Vista. We do have a car but don't want to drive too far.
Thank very much!

orlando restaurants

Can anyone recommend a couple restaurants in Orlando--please no chains---for two adults and two kids. We are looking for good food, and not too expensive. Well try anything, as long as it's good. We're just concerned about getting good food--most times when we say we have kids, people automatically think we need fast food, or typical chain restaurants, but we, and our kids, actually enjoy eating good food and your recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.....

Suggestions for early dinner on Saturday night (6:30)

Can be pretty much anywhere in the city. We're staying downtown, but will definitely travel to have good food

Suggestions for early dinner on Saturday night (6:30)

Any suggestions for this Saturday, early dinner? WE don't want to spend over 25 per entree and are open to pretty much any food. I have a reservation at DBGB, but reviews I've read aren't so great, so I'm trying to figure out an alternative.....Thanks for your help

Stone st restaurants

I read that there were a number of restaurants on Stone St, which is nearby our hotel. Are these just touristy chains, or does anyone know if there is good food to be found there? Thanks!

Need Suggestions for dinner!

I've got reservations now at DBGB for Saturday night and Spice Market for Sun. I'm still looking for suggestions for Friday night though; preferably something Midtown or south, and different from the other two............

Need Suggestions for dinner!

We will be travelling to nyc October 9-12. We are two adults and two children, ages 6 and 4. The kids are really well behaved and enjoy eating out too. We have reservations at Spice Market for Sunday night, but need ideas for Fri and Sat evenings. For lunch we are planning on hitting the Halal cart, a Korean place on 32nd, and maybe Shake Shack if the line isn't too bad. We're staying in the financail district, but we'll be travelling around a lot, so we can go anywhere, although we'd like to stay in Manhattan. We're open to any food, but if I could exclude any it would be Italian (since we are Italian and cook a lot) and Indian (we have an amazing Indian place close by us), and we want to keep the price around $20-$25 for mains. Any ideas?
Thank you so much!
