Celebrating my 21st on a budget
Hi there,
I've been living here for about a month and my 21st birthday is quickly approaching. I have some friends coming in from out of town and I'm looking to go out for dinner and drinks. Where can I find a restaurant where I'll get the most for my money that has a fun atmosphere? Also if you know of anywhere that has BIG/CHEAP drinks (that isn't BBQ) let me know!
