Where to take my girlfriend's dad to ask for her hand in Philadelphia
This might not be what you are looking for but I love the Melting Pot...and the main reason is because you are actually sitting there doing something...not just sitting and waiting for your food while you think of something to talk about! You are almost constantly dipping or cooking your food so you actually have something to do while you eat, so its not so awkward.... I love it!
Confection Perfection in Bucks County?
Wow I haven't even heard of them...I own my own small cake business, Cakes by Suzy (see online) and I've heard of several of the bakeries in the area but have not heard of them. Did you do a search for reviews?
Na Brasa....how is it?
Isn't there a Fogo de Chao in Jersey or Philly? We haven't tried that one either...but the Na Brasa seemed a little cheaper and more like Rodizio Grill which we like....
Na Brasa....how is it?
I've been wanting to try out the new Brazilian Steakhouse on 611...Na Brasa. We've been to a Rodizio Grill before out west, and LOVED it...and so I am hoping La Brasa is similar.
Anyone been there? Is it pretty good?
Pat's or Geno's for cheesesteak?
One time we got a cheesesteak from both and compared...and they were VERY similar but we think Geno's were a little better. I will say most people who have never had a real Philly cheesesteak are often surprised...the "cheesesteaks" in other areas have lots of other peppers and sauce and stuff on them...the real Philly ones are more plain. Good though!
Wedding cake in Philadelphia?
You could check out Cakes by Suzy right outside of Philadelphia....although admittedly I guess I could be biased. :-)
