I called the phone numbers on the bottle today. Both are out of service. I guess I'll have to try to duplicate it.

I remember it very well. I think I still have a couple of unopened bottles.
I Googled Smokey Mountain Secrets and the company aparently sank beneath an accumulation of legal troubles, mostly caused by unethical fundraising practices.
I just emptied a bottle this evening, and was using it to find out if the company was still around. I don't think they are.
