Visiting SF, Commis worth going to Oakland?

Thanks for the review. I'm planning to go Commis when I visit the Bay Area in 3 weeks. How long did it take you to get to the restaurant from SF? How much is the total cab fare? Do Bart trains run regularly at night as I'm planning to grab the only available reservation at 8:45pm so not thinking will be out of restaurant before 11pm. Thanks in advance
