Coffee Grind for 30 cup urn-style pot Hey there- 2 questions- 1.Is it worth it to buy coffee beans and grind them my self, or should I just buy a can of Folgers? 2.If I do use beans (like I do at home), how find do I grind them? Like for a french press or for a drip machine? Thanks |

I have seen it at Byerly's and Kowalski's too. They have the Fage brand and the other commercial one with the goats on the cup! |
|

Yeah, I agree that there prices aren't super cheap, but it is worth it for a good sandwich. |
|
|
They are a coffee shop-bar-restaurant-performance venue- although I like to think of it as a coffee shop. They make great sandwiches, and I can't wait to have them in the neighborhood, as I work at the U of MN. I have never been to Keefer Court. |

Thanks TDQ- It never occurs me to put MSP on the title |

It just moved from the corner of Franklin and Nicollet to Riverside and Cedar on the West Bank. Over By the 400 Bar |

MSP: "decent" dinner near St Paul U of M campus Try Mims across Cleveland from the St Paul Student Center. They have Great Falafel! |

Does anyone know when the Acadia will open at its new location. I really have a hankerin' for a Chipotle Turkey Sandwich and a good beverage! |

Has Anyone been to the New Sawatdee in St Paul yet? How is it running and whats the decor like? |
|
|

I have heard from 3 different people that the Good Earth in Roseville is closed. Is it true? |
|
|
Sorry, I am too stupid to use place link. ----- |

Personally, I adore House of Wong on Larpenteur and Fernwood(?) in Roseville. They also do nice Egg Fu Young- much different than most I have seen. Theirs is a large omelet shaped item in a Chicken like gravy sauce. MMMMMMMMM |

How about Brasserie Margaux? It isn't too far. My favorite places to go in the summer are Muffuletta, and W. A. Frost. Both of there menus are pretty strong, and they have nice patios. Frosts have a great bar too! ----- Muffuletta In the Park Margaux [CLOSED] |

So, Since the new Harry Potter Book comes out on Saturday Morning and all of my friends will be standing in line and then reading the book as soon as they get it- I have decided to have a big breakfast around 2 or 3 in the morning for my friends. Does any one know where I can get some delicious breakfast sausages? I really prefer the the thick, in-casing English style sausage. Thanks |

Best Dive My Side of the River MSP Thanks everyone, there is a lot of good Thoughts here! |

Is there anyone in the state that makes a Good Hard Cider, or Scrumpy. I had some brilliant cider in Suffolk last year, right out of a barrel on a farm. Not pasteurized, not strained-fully delicious. |

Best Dive My Side of the River MSP So, what are the best local dives/haunts/hole in the walls in St Paul? I keep hearing good things about Schroeders on Front. I grew up in the Roseville Area, so I am aware of Macs Fish and Chips, and Maverics, Abu Nader. Mimms. I really prefer towny places where people even students go and hang out. I like Sweeneys! |

I am a big fan of the cake donut, So I would Suggest the Donut hut In Little Canada (Little Canada Rd 2 blocks E of Rice Street in Little Canada) and the Roseville Bakery (1147 Larpenteur Ave W) |
