Thanks ellenost...that was actually the first place I thought of! I've only been to the one in Vegas - where I thought the wine was better than the food - but I've heard better things about the original.

Did you find it overly warm in the dining room (if that open window into the kitchen is still there)? We only ate at Nightingale once but it was so hot I couldn't stand it.

A lot of the hotels have a property map on their website, for instance, here's the Bellagio:
