One of the best is a simple Cuban dish I get at a small restaurant in Miami when I visit once a year. It's nothing more than pork, rice and plantains, but the pork is pressure cooked and soooooo good that I think of it at least 5 times a week!

Not a big drinker when it comes to dining, so I guess Sierra Mist. :(
