Best Burger in Bucks County?

A really good, off the beaten path Bacon cheeseburger is at Sundays in quakertown. i'ts nothing fancy but is super delicious and always fresh and handmade. There may be better burgers, but this one is very good and always slips through the cracks.

pat's or geno's???

Most out of towners should just try both, it's always a good experience. When their friends in Nebraska or Texas or Oregon or wherever ask them about the Philly cheesesteak experience they can really lay it on thick like they are serious steak aficionados. I recently had a Pats steak and it was kind of bland, don't know what that was all about, but it has been a while...For touristy I like Jim's, Tony Lukes is good too but I don't like the way they cook the onions, they need some browning. John's Roast Pork makes a great steak, but I always end up ordering the roast pork...

Jakes Hamburgers - Oakhurst, NJ

I really liked the Jakes burger, for what it is. Somewhere between fast food and the gourmet gastropub burgers there was a niche to be filled. I like the actual burger better than a five guys burger, fries not as much, but the black raspberry milkshake was real nice. I had the double with bacon, cheese, fried onions and pickles and it was very satisfying, flavorful and juicy, but not too much of a greasy, horrible mess. Mine also came cooked medium, I don't know if that was a fluke or not, but it worked out good...

Best Cheesesteak (in Philly) from a Place That Is Off the Beaten Path?

Problem with getting a cheesesteak at John's Roast Pork is trying to avoid the roast pork...it just draws me in...mmmmm....

Pat's or Geno's for cheesesteak?

Pat's and Geno's both have a half decent steak, but in all honesty they are kind of bland compared to others out there. I think they tasted better when I had one for the first time years ago. Also, the people at Pat's are extremely rude and they come across as very arrogant. I always hear them saying things like "hurry the fuck up"...not very conducive for return customers I like Jim's on south st, but it's still not the best steak out there. My only problem with Tony Lukes is that the onions are never done enough, I like them caramelized more. If you're talking the most popular, touristy places, I do like Jim's with american...I really like their cheese...if that sounds weird

Baby Back Ribs - Cooking time and can I hold them?

Regarding the membrane, I actually like to score the membrane heavily with a knife in criss-cross patterns prior to applying the rub. I always finish over direct heat to get that slightly crispy texture, and the membrane gets very crisp and the rub penetrates...
