No particular dish. I like new things and rarely make the same thing twice.

Anything creamy, crunchy, cheesy and salty.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
My kitchen, my outdoor kitchen & BBQ. I seem to only want to go out for "junk" food these days ( only a few times per year) as that is something that I never cook at home. When traveling, I like small, local, casual restaurants and really enjoy a Gastropub experience in a new town.
My most tattered cookbooks:
All the classic "old school" ones, several "hippie/healthy" style books and...my own cooking scrapbook started 5 years ago. Always changing and "tweeking" recipes.
