Please help me find the name of this chinese cookie thing

Hanging out in china town with my dad we used to get these cookie/bar things from chinese bakery google has turned up nothing.

the bar was a golden brown color if i remember right tasted like honey or caramel and nutty. It looked a lot like a rice crispy treat but I believe it was made of noodles and nuts.

I am sorry if this is really vague but you are my last resort to recreating a delicious treat and relive the child hood memories of china town.

Soft Pretzels

mine always taste of baking soda. So much so that when I add mustard it fizzes in my mouth. How do I make this recipe but make the pretzels not have a strong baking soda taste?

Recipes You've Never Heard of Outside Your Family

I don't have the will to read through 950 Replys though I kind of want to.

For breakfast my favorite was hard boiled eggs sliced over toasted wheat bread with cream of mushroom soup poured over. I never really like mushrooms but for some reason this was acceptable.

She also used to make a recipe called something like Suzies Quick Meal or something.
Browned hamburger was added to frozen spinach and cooked then eggs scrambled in the mixture seasoned with a good amount of pepper and salt.

My Dad would eat a whole can of smoked oysters between Cheez Its. Disgusting!
