I am looking for a steakhouse that has either a fantastic ribyeye or a NY strip for a decent price. I am not looking for anything like Morton's, Prime, or Flemings. Any where in Boston. Thanks!

I am planning on attending Phantom Gourmet's Food Festival and tickets are $40 - is it worth the money and the day? I do not want to wait in lines all day - let me know what your experiences were like at past festivals. Thanks and I appreciate the advice!

I just recently moved to Boston and my sister is flying in tomorrow and I want to take her a nice place that is NOT stuffy or touristy - cheap, as well. Anywhere in the boston area will do - not looking to stay within any specific neighborhood. I know this question is rather broad, however any suggestions will do. PS- Italian fare or a steakhouse would be perfect! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!!
