Mid-week lunch for 35-40 Italians around WTC

Hi, my mother has a tour group of about 35-40 older Italians (60+ years old) that she is taking by bus to the WTC Memorial in mid-September. Any suggestions where they can eat? They prefer Italian and a max of $15-20/person. They will most likely only have water/ice tea to drink.

Thank you!

$20 Prix fixe lunch around E or W 42nd?

Hi, I am trying to plan our summer outing lunch for work--we're about 22 people. The last time we went to Turkish Kitchen in Murray Hill and for less than $20 we ate like kings and queens and it was very yummy!

This time we will be coming from Long Island City though (from laser tag!) so we would like to stay around the 7 line since afterwards people need to get to metro-north and penn station.

Any ideas? The date is fast approaching--the second week in July.

Thanks! Lorena

best seafood in south street seaport or other NYC area....??

How about Aquagrill on the corner of Spring/6th Ave? I know the seaport area very well and would recommend Bridge Cafe for a special occasion if you would like to stay in the area. It has lots of history.

Brazilian Midtown - Emporium vs Via Brasil vs Ipanema

My husband and his family are from Rio--and we love Emporium. Yes, it's a buffet for the feijoada, but there is nothing low class about it. The service and quality of food are excellent. We go at least 2-4 times a month either for feijoada or dinner during the week and we have always had great meals. Enjoy!

Need $20 Sunday prix fixe lunch in Philly for 20 people by Constitution Center

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations for a good prix fixe lunch for about 15-20 Italians of middle age (50 year olds and up) around the National Constitution Center. They prefer to eat simple foods--salads, pasta, sandwiches. They prefer American or Italian food. I believe it's for a Sunday. Many thanks!

After 2 years, finally convinced DH to go to a Churrascaria

Riodizio TriBeCa is another one by the same owners of Plataforma. It's prettier & we think better--my husband & his family are from Rio and they all prefer it too. My MIL is a vegetarian and even she loves it for the incredible salad bar & fish! Enjoy!
