White Oak Pastures (www.whiteoakpastures.com) in GA has good quality grass-fed beef and great prices. They will ship anywhere in FL or GA very inexpensively.

Beware of Queen B Cattle Company! I made the mistake of purchasing beef from her, and it was nearly inedible--the worst beef my family and I have ever eaten! And once she gets your money, the owner turns a deaf ear to your complaints.

We buy the boneless leg of lamb at Costco. I think it's $3.99 per lb. and from Australia. Tom Thumb is now carrying lamb shanks from Australia (Diamond Valley brand) at $4.19 a lb., and these are about the best lamb shanks I have ever tasted!

By all means, try Sonny Bryan's on Inwood just past Harry Hines. But be aware that it's no more than a bbq shack. It's not a "restaurant." But you can sit there and eat with the other customers, no problem.
For pho I usually go to Pho Legacy (3109 N. Beltline, Irving). It's not as flavorful as West Coast Pho, however. ( I was in San Francisco in July).

Oh yeh, Celabotelle has great food and is a real bargain. Although I've only been once, I'm anxious to go back.
