The one I went to was about how to plan a great brunch and make different egss as well as sides. Most of the dish classes I've been too are right in the middle of elementry and advanced. Cause the class sizes are small you can ask questions really easily. Can't think of any schools that let you make your own meal....it would be fun thought!

They offer both but most are hands-on. The brunch one I was talking about is hands-on and it's oct 25th.

I've taken three classes there and loved each one! The small class size made it so easy to ask questions and follow along. My favorite was the brunch class and they have another one coming up at the end of october.
