Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

This is a keeper!! We had it for Thanksgiving dinner dessert and it was a great success. It was a snap to make and I will gladly make it again! The creamy cake smooths the potential harsh bite of the ginger snap crust. The subtle flavour is another high point of this recipe - it is not over the top pumpkin so it is an elegant alternative for those less than fond of pumpkin. Love it!!

Pumpkin Bread

Airy and nicely spiced! Did take about 65 min to cook, but that may be due to me using jumbo eggs. This is a keeper!!!

Grilled Summer Squash with Feta and Mint

Super easy and lovely flavour!! I grill squash a lot so I am always looking for something to add a bit of change to a favorite. This was a great find for that very reason - the mint was light enough to not offend the "mint haters" in my family but still evident enough to compliment the squash, and the feta was a delicious addition as well. I will make this a staple side for us!

What do you think are the best parts (tasting and texture) of a goose, a duck, and a chicken?

The Pope's Nose, or The Parson's Nose (depending on your faith) - aka the tail, or the last part over the fence! LOVE IT!!
