Agave y Aguacate lives on!

I went on Friday. It was not prix fixe. There are several small plates and 3 or 4 more substantial dishes. There were 6 of us and we sampled almost everything on the menu(they were sold out of the shrimp dish). It was all very good and the service was good too.

"MAKKAH" - Delicious Indian Food at Insanely Cheap Price!!

Love the Danforth location. The naan is amazing and I agree on the spicy goodness.

Dodgiest looking restaurant you've been to but turned out to be a winner (or least better than expected)

+1 Shawarma Empire. Love that dodgy place.

Best weekday breakfast within 10-15 minute walk from Sheraton Centre, Toronto

Have you tried 7 Eleven?

Rec's for dinner near Delta Chelsea (downtown Toronto)

The Queen and Beaver is a nIce place. It's a pub but not in a dark and dingy way. The food is great. Steps from the Chelsea.

I saw it at the Foodlands at Pape and Danforth. Regular and cinnamon.

Tomato bushels in Toronto

I'm not sure how far you're willing to drive but I got 3 bushels of Romas from a place on Keele just north of the 401(west side). I made my sauce this past weekend. The tomatoes we very fresh. Excellent yield.

Tomatoes

I'm doing my annual canning weekend. Has anyone seen good deals on bushels of plum or roma tomatoes in downtown Toronto?
