Healthy recs downtown Memphis?

I am coming to Memphis on Sunday for a week on business. I will be staying downtown near Beale and will not have a car. I have heard great things about Memphis' amazing southern food, but I am on a diet and would like to limit the fried chicken and ribs as much as possible.

Are there any decent diet friendly restaurants near Beale?

Best chain Onion Rings

I'm in Canada, we don't really have much selection for onion rings, which is really unfortunate because I love them. A&Ws are passable I guess, I used to love the ones at Harveys but I find they have gotten too greasy and all I taste is the grease now whenever I get them. Really disappointing. I'll need to check out some of these places next time I'm in the US and try their onion rings.

A Tale of Two McDonalds

I'm in Canada. At most of the McDonalds locations around here, it was 11 am (I think), but now they offer breakfast all day at the ones that I go to, and they have been doing this for about a year now.
