New Thai Restaurant in Southington CT

I've now been back two more times since my original post. We've had the crispy green beans every time - and they are so yummy! So far they have been consistent with every dish we've ordered. My second time there I tried the Chicken Pad Thai. Just fantastic! Then this weekend I tried Chicken Satay (since we had a larger group and needed more than one appetizer) and #71 on the menu (can't think of the name and the website seems to be down at the moment) - but everyone at the table was fighting me for it. I just adored the Drunken Noodles the first time I went - and I have to say it's going to be a VERY tough choice next time I go because #71 was just as fantastic. I can't think of the names of the dishes that other members of the party had - but I do remember one was just above mine (#70) and I was very pleased with the taste that was offered to me. Lunch is the best time to go and give this place a try.

New Thai Restaurant in Southington CT

We stopped in for lunch this weekend. I think this is now our favorite Thai restaurant - it surpasses every other we've been to in the area. We started off with Thai Iced Teas - they were fantastic. Definitely the best we've had. For an appetizer we tried the crispy green beans. They had a very light crispy exterior - not greasy - served with a great zesty ranch style sauce (for lack of a better description - not sure what was in it). I believe the crispy green beans were a daily special - they should definitely add this as a regular menu item because I'm hooked now. For our main dish I tried the drunken noodles (after seeing so many people recommend it) and I must say they were TO DIE FOR good.

The bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen looked spotless. The only thing I could find wrong was the limited parking available. If you like Thai food - this is a must visit!
